Everyone has that 1 pair of shop-bought knickers that is super comfy and you have worn to death! How fabulous would it be if you could re-create that perfect pair and make them over and over again with ease using just a regular sewing machine? Well now you can.
Description
In this course Claire will show you how to draft your own pattern from your favourite pair of knickers. Choose the design and how you want to hold them up by making optional bands for the waist and legs or adding fold over or regular knicker elastic.
You don’t need any specialist tools or equipment, just some stretchy fabric and a sewing machine with a stretch needle.
You can use an overlocker for some parts if you have one but it’s not necessary at all.
If you’ve never sewn with jersey before you should be totally fine as Claire holds your hand throughout however we do have a very comprehensive introduction to sewing with jersey course also available online.
