Patchwork Christmas sack with applique – online sewing course

basic patchwork and applique and make this wonderful Christmas sack. Previous experience of quilting is not required, but in an ideal world you can sew a semi-straight line!

Description
The course includes a PDF printed pattern, full instruction sheet and a fully comprehensive, step by step video tutorial. Work at your own pace and have the content available to you for life with no expiration date.
You will need to provide 4 x half a metre lengths (not fat quarters) of different festive fabrics for the front panel (You will have leftovers and there will be enough to make some of our other small classes but you need the long lengths to be able to cut the squares). You will also need 1 metre of plain cotton fabric to use as a backing and lining for your sack this can be in a colour if you wish. 120″ of cord and some fusible applique medium such as Heat n Bond, Steam a Seam or Bondaweb.
