How to sew a scrunchie

This tutorial is a lovely way to make scrunchies with a clean join and not too much visible stitching.

You will need a piece of fabric 20″ long by 4″ wide (super puffy scrunchie), 3.5″ wide (medium/regular size), or 3″ wide for a kids size/perfect for matching pairs and bunches)

An 8″ length of elastic (regardless of size being made)

Extra strong sewing thread, safety pin, sewing needle, scissors and a sewing machine.
